Thanks for the log files Michael, I have found a bug.

We were clearing the authenticated credentials on the connection if you
didn't permit the user in an acl.

I'm sure I can find and excuse somwhere :-]

Anyway it'll now keep the users credentials, but deny access to the
resource.

Please update acl.c via cvs and rebuild squid. You don't need to rebuild
your helpers.
