[SQU] Parent Cache

Hi

I know the following settings in squid.conf will alternate forwarding
requests between two upstream (parent) caches.

cache_peer cache.domain parent 8080 3130 no-query round-robin
cache_peer cache2.domain parent 8080 3130 no-query round-robin
prefer_direct off

How do I configure squid to alternate between using a parent cache and going
direct?
i.e. 50% I want to forward to an up stream cache, and 50% I want my squid to
get directly?
