[SQU] problems with parent

Hi Squid guru,

I just installed squid-2.3.Stable4 together with the
squid-2.3.STABLE4-hno.20000819.patch. It seems working normal except one
thing: my cache.log full of messages: TCP connection to
194.177.32.11/8080 failed as in the same time in access.log I can see that
parent is alive and requests go through it:

Before I run squid-2.3Stable1 and there was Henrik's patch:
squid-2_3_DEVEL2_tcp_dead_detection_and_retry_patch.

Do I need this patch and for squid-2.3stable4?
