[SQU] Acl probs

I have this
acl deny1 urlpath_regex -i \.s3m$ \.exe$ \.zip$ ......
....
http_access deny deny1
.....

to blok file types...

But if sombody put
http://jdkljdlkjd/jjj.exe?

This not stop request and user get exe file:( If I remove $ from acl i will
block cgi-s
that usess .exe for return info... like /cgi-bin/blah.exe?jjjj=hhh

How to solve this?
