Ok, I recompiled with the ntlmssp module.
It wants me (of course) to name a domain controller, but where do I define
one?

For some reason your MSIE browser is sending a negotiate request that
fakeauth cannot decode. Can you try the NTLMSSP helper?

I don't think you've done anything wrong. Fakeauth is _very_ primitive.
