I've successfully patched and compliled. I was patching from the wrong
directory and the patch was looking for the path /squid/.....
I copied everything from /squid-head-200011130000 to /squid; ran the patch
and all was good. I'm sure there was a better way, but this worked, so I'm
happy.

Now I'm digging through the squid.conf to find what needs to be set for NTLM
functionality. If you can summarize, I'll buy you lunch! ;-)
