I will have a go at what I think you are trying to do. My understanding is
you have users pointing at a squid cache. You want/need the squid cache to
pass through a TIS http-gw.

That's easy. I do it now on my own pc. You have to get squid to use the
http-gw as a non-caching parent, ie in squid.conf

        cache_peer <insert name of http-gw host here> parent 80 0 no-query
