You can't. HTTP does not provide for password changing.

What you need is a CGI program or similar where the users can change
their password. A simple way of getting users there is to add a link to
the "Access denied" page.

Note: For IE browsers to actually show Squids error messages you must go
into advanced settings and disable "Show user friendly error messages".
