Well depending on just when you did the download you may or may not have been bitten byt he change from --enable-ntlm-auth-modules
to --enable-ntlm-auth-helpers.

The easiest way will be to download the current source from CVS (get the HEAD branch). And use

--enable-gnuregex --enable-async-io=32 --enable-delay-pools --disable-wccp --enable-kill-parent-hack --enable-snmp --enable-time-h
ack --enable-arp-acl --enable-err-language=English --enable-underscores --enable-auth=basiv,ntlm --enable-ntlm-auth-helpers="NTLMSS
P" --enable-basic-auth-helpers='NCSA, NTLM'
