first, use Purge acl (or Jens's Purge program. It is great:-) ) and then try
to refresh again..for further see FAQ..

Dear folks,
 
How can I wipe out any cache that mis-informed user?
 
Let say, there is a web page that downloaded and stored in Squid system
(memory and/or HDD). But the page is not the correct one. I tried to refres
my browser to get the latest page. But it seems Squid always show the wrong
one.
 
Your suggestion is very appreciated.
