Add more memory. Squid may be panicking because it cannot allocate
enough contiguous memory. I've seen this before on very large files
when memory gets low. (There also seems to be a memory problem in Squid
2.4 from CVS, but it may not be the problem you're seeing, because the
problem I see leaves a trail in the logs to tell me it is memory
allocation failure.)
