[SQU] DoS with squid]

Hello,

I run a transparent proxy with wccp. It seats on a 2mb external link.
Now imagine someone on a 64k link starting a web copy of some porno
site with lots of large files and he will start millions of simultaneous
http transfers. All of them will be taken over by the proxy which will
oveload the entire external link, so we have a 64k link capable of
generating megs of uneeded traffic.
quick_abort is disabled.

Can anyone suggest a way around this?
