There are many different authenticator helpers available for Squid, but
there is no standard for how to put users in a generic database so I
don't think there is any such helpers published.

The closest match is the authenticators for differen user
directories/catalogs:

  LDAP
  RADIUS
  NT Domain
  NIS/YP
  Any PAM enabled user directory supported by your OS
