Hrm - the idea was to put the .pac file in the web server to avoid
configuring the web browsers apart from getting the .pac.

I think I will just give up and put the web server on port 80 and
leave squid on the default port.

BTW from the debug output I got it looked like when squid was
forwarding the request it was not adding the port number though I may
be misinterpreting things.
