I think you are looking for cacheProtoClientHttpRequests

enterprises.nlanr.squid.cachePerf.cacheProtoStats.cacheProtoClientHttpRequests
1.3.6.1.4.1.3495.1.3.2.1.1 (if I am reading the MIB correctly)

cacheProtoClientHttpRequests is a per-client counter with one value per
client. The cacheClientTable is however not (yet?) accessible over SNMP,
only by the cachemgr interface.
