I know the message, but have no good explanation why you are getting
that many of them.

The message is seen when Squid needs to get rid of a DNS cache entry
that is currently in use by some request.

Have you changed any of the DNS related parameters?
   positive_dns_ttl
   negative_dns_ttl
   ipcache_size
   ipcache_low
   ipcache_high
