something like:

deny tcp from INTERNALNET:NETMASK to any 80
pass tcp from any to any established
pass tcp from INTERNALNET:NETMASK to SQUIDINTERNAL SQUIDPORT setup
pass tcp from SQUIDEXTERNAL to any http setup

Note that you might have to translate the above
firewall rules to linuxish compatible strings.
