[SQU] problem with cache

Hi !
I have a problem with the cache. A month ago the fullness degree of cache
directory was generally over 90% . Then I changed somethings in
configuration file , and now only 38 percent of the cache directory is
full. And it never changes,but the squid works normally.
I looked in faq to find answer and found nothing.

I will be glad if anybody helps me..
