[SQU] Can I use a cache manager for that?

Dear all,

All our users must use the proxy to access the internet and due to security
reasons, we need to know whether login/passwd pairs for Yahoo! or HoTMaiL
(and the like) accounts are kept in the Squid Cache and how to retrieve
them.

Is there any good method/tool for achieving this?
