[SQU] WCCP w/bad rcvd_id

dear all
please help me...
i am trying to deploy squid 2.3STABLE4
with WCCP
i am using catalyst 6509 layer 3 switch IOS 12.1

here is the output of wccp debug on catalyst

i have tried using
wccp version 3 in squid instead of 4

have configured the wccp_router correctly

the setup works fine if i use route-map commands in switch
