[SQU] Transparent squid-2.4.PRE-STABLE2

O.K.

All the Linux 2.4.2 network extras are now turned off or tweaked.

My Layer 4 switch is redirecting traffic, the squid is compiled with the
--enable-linux-netfilter, and

iptables -t nat -A PREROUTING -i eth0 -p tcp --dport 80 -j REDIRECT
--to-port 3128 is sending traffic

to the cache.

Proxy works great . . . But transparently, no pages . . .
