[SQU] ANNOUNCE: New release of squid NTLM authentication support

How to get it:
download a daily snapshot from
http://www.squid-cache.org/Versions/v2/2.5/. You need a snapshot dated
the12th of March or newer.

Changelist:
* Numerous minor bugfixes. (Kinkie and Robert)
* NTLMSSP Much more reliable (Kinkie)
* Should compile on Solaris 8 now (Kinkie)

Special notes:
Run ./configure --help! NTLM support is disabled by default and needs to
be explicitly enabled by configure.
