[squid-users] password changing problem

Hello

Can anyone please tell me how to let my users maintain their email
passwords. I was letting my users to telnet to the server for changing the
password but now even that is not working I am getting an error like this

telnetd: /bin/login: No such file or directory

Connection to host lost.

Is there any other way to let my users maintain the password ?
