this can be done by client side !
You can set the default page for Netscape or IE in your clients to you local
homepage ! then if browser opened Your page will be shown .

How can I set it up so that every client see's a certain page the first time
they load their client's? Kind of like a server-side homepage. That the
first time they request a page it this homepage always pops up, but after
that, they can go anywhere they want?
