Squid's redirector interface is not capable of performing iCAP
redirection. It is capable or changing the URL for an iCAP callout in
request satisfaction mode, but without the necessary control headers.

I am working on a generic interface to squid that should make
implementing iCAP or CVP easy, but at the moment the work is on hold
while some internal guts of squid are rearranged to a more logical
fashion. (For more details have a look on the developers list archives,
topic content processing/data filters/content filters.)
