Funny you would ask. Implemented support for this only a few days ago.
In the current Squid-2.5 snapshots there is a much improved
squid_ldap_auth helper which can be used to connect to a wide range of
LDAP directories including Microsoft ActiveDirectory, and even
documentation on how to do it.
The helper from Squid-2.5 can be used with any earlier Squid version as
well, so you do not need to run a Squid-2.5 snapshot only because you
got the LDAP helper from there..
