Looks like you have authenticated and got a cookie from the server, but
from one reason or another the server does not accept the cookie. I
don't think this is a Squid problem actually, but more of a Java server
behaving badly.

Well, this is ofcourse unless you have enabled anonymization features in
Squid, filtering away the Cookie header before it is sent to the Java
server.. if you have enabled filtering in Squid to deny cookies then it
is quite understandable if the server dislikes you.
