[squid-users] FIRST_UP_PARENT

hi!
1)Is FIRST_UP_PARENT and FIRST_PARENT_MISS same for a single parent
configuration ?
2)Also what does TIMEOUT_FIRST_UP_PARENT mean ? if the ICP_QUERY timed out
then shouldnt it go TIMEOUT_DIRECT ?
