Download the current squid-head snapshot

Then go to squid.sourceforge.net/projects.html and download the
following two patches:
  auth_rewrite
  ntlm

and apply them to squid-head in the same order as listed above.

  cd squid-head-xxxx
  patch -p1 <auth_rewrite.patch
  patch -p1 <ntlm.patch
  autoconf
  autoheader
  ./configure ....
