[squid-users] Core dumps and errors!

Hi All...
I would like to know why about once every 3 weeks or so
I get a child process exiting signal 11. I am running Version
2.3.STABLE4 on OSF1 4.0. Apart from the core taking up lots of disk space,
squid keeps serving requests. Any Ideas whats going on?

Also just recently I am getting in my logs:
Request header is too large (12287 bytes)
Why would this start to appear after running the same cache config for 3-4
months. Could it have anything to do with the core dumps?
