[squid-users] question!

Hello ! My name is matsunaga in Japan.
I have a question about squid2.3-stable4.It is shown below!

There is 3 proxyservers, proxyA , proxyB , proxyC.
The relation is as follows. ProxyA and proxyB is parent.
ProxyA and proxyC is parent.
I want configure proxyA as follows.
ProxyA always connect proxyB.
But when proxyB is out of order,proxyA must connect proxyC.

Please teach me !!
