[squid-users] squidGuard + squid 2.4 w/ MSNTauth + 1 parent proxy w/ auth = unwanted auth pop-up

i have one local squid 2.4 proxy with MSNTauth 2.0.2 and
squidguard 1.1.4 chained to an extenal parent proxy with
authentication

on a client machine, when opening a browser, i first
authenticate with the nt domain successfull (msntauth)
then a problem appear on web pages :
when loading certain web pages, an authentification pop-
up appears and ask for the login & pass for the EXTERNAL
parent proxy

the parent proxy settings are correctly configured on the
local proxy with the correct cache_peer setting
(cache_peer dist.proxy parent 8080 3130 no-query
login=xxx:xxx)

this problem seems to appear when the web page contains a
banner that squidGuard has to filter

if i cancel the popup, and the web page continue to load
normally execpt that the banner space is (depend on web
page) filled by an error message : "ERROR: The requested
URL could not be retrieved" or by nothing

if i fill the auth pop-up with the login and pass for the
external proxy i get another auth pop-up from msntauth
and it cycle like that if i continue to fill right the
pop-up

can someone help me to solve this matter ?
i want to avoid the auth pop-up from the external proxy
on web page that contains publicity banners
