Proxying NTLM MIGHT work with MS-proxy, at the expense of efficiency.
There has been some chat on the squid-dev mailing list (check the ML
archives) about how
to implement this. MAYBE it will be implemented in the future, but it's
likely that it never
will. NTLM auth is brain-dead in many ways and should be stomped to the
ground.

Sorry, - not making myself clear.  
Do Microsoft proxies have some hack that lets them proxy NTLM authentication
?  It's an issue I run into, because our Intranet server is IIS.  A
misconfigured client occasionally tries to access the Intranet via the
proxy, and of course gets rejected.
