Are you sure you followed your own recommendation there? The above
includes several options which should not be used unless one really
knows he/she needs them, and some that are enabled by default unless
disabled with --disable...

Interesting beast. How did you find this one?

Some minor warnings: The cache-redirect feature might cause problems on
some sites, and for sure might cause a timeout problem once the download
completes.
