You said that you want to load balance. What do you really mean by that.

Are you saying:

SAT1 SAT2 and LL(lease Line)

When SAT1 is at max, you want to then use SAT2 and twhen that have max out, you then want to use the LL?

    I do believe that you will have to have routing on your network setup.

    That is you might have 2 cisco router setup for both backbones
