Some people prefer RunCache. It is a tiny bit more persistent in keeping
Suqid alive, and can easily be extended to perform other actions
whenever Squid happens to restart..
Personally I run Squid from inittab on my dedicated proxy boxes.
Accomplishes the best of both approaches, but does not fit well in a
non-dedicated server.
