Pretty self-explanatory really. You have told squid to start as user
"nobody" and group "nogroup" (these are the defaults I think). Squid has
looked in /etc/group for "nobody" using getgrnam(). You could try "man
getgrnam". /etc/gropup does not contain "nobody" so squid dies.
