Hi,

It looks to me like you are specifying address ranges AND matching
subnets. You don't need both. Use either the address range or a
net+netmask, eg

xx.129.0.0-xx.129.255.255 or xx.129.0.0/16, or xx.129.0.0/255.255.0.0
xx.156.244.0-xx.156.244.255 or xx.156.244.0/24 or xx.156.244.0/255.255.255.0
yy.238.81.0-202.238.81.191 or yy.238.81.0/25 or yy.238.81.0/255.255.255.192
yy.238.81.192-yy.238.81.255 or yy.238.81.192/25 or yy.238.81.192/255.255.255.192
