I would reccommend using DansGuardian and/or Junkbuster to do this.
Junkbuster checks for banned URL's using REGEX expressions, and
DansGuardian (which is incidentally written to sit on top of Squid) which
checks the actual content of a fetched HTML page for banned words or
phrases. Using either one of these programs will block significantly more
sites than an ACL in squid, and there's more control over what's being
blocked i.e - Dickenson would not (in most cases) produce an error.

As well as Junkbuster and Squid, i've also heard of an app called
SquidGuard which does much the same thing , but i've never used it.....
