Yes, this is possible with ACLs. Read the FAQ on
http://www.squid-cache.org/ to get started (or the documentation in
squid.conf, which is also quite useful).

As to ad-blocking (your earlier e-mail), you should probably look for
something else such as 'junkbuster' or 'guidescope' to do this.
