[squid-users] How do I get squid to make requests from another proxy server?

Heres the question. I have squid up and running on my schools linux 2.4
server. Everything works great but, I need to filter the web content that
the students can access. I want to use a company that offers content
filtering by proxy. (You set your browser to point to a web address and
port number.) Obviously, if I were to do that I would not be using squid
anymore. How do I get squid to make all of its request to this proxy
server? It would be easy if they supported squid's Cache_Peer, but they
don't.
