[squid-users] User Agent

Hi people,

 I have a problem with user agent.
 My systems is Caldera eServer2.3,kernel 2.4.9+grsecurity
 squid2.3Stable4.
 The squid server have an analogic line in dial-up with ISP,
 and the diald for activate the line.

 My problem is I don't want that the user agent is active because
 pass the all information to web site.
 So I have insert the directive

 fack_user_agent Mozilla/2.0 (compatible;CP/M;8-bit)

 or

 fack_user_agent Mozilla/4.07 [en[ (X11;I;Linux 2.0.36;i586)

 but the modem don't work, but the line is ok because with kmail
  I can download my mail for example.

 Where is the mistake ?

 If In the server proxy I setting the netscape for direct connection without
 use the squid, I have the same problem.
 I know that exist the files all.js and prefs.js and I have insert only one
string in the prefs.js but don't change nothing.

 Any idea ?
