I have just installed a 2Mb leased line for a company with 150 workstations
on the LAN. The squid box that I have set-up for Internet access has 256Mb
RAM, 12.7Gb HD, and a low end-ish cpu. It currently handles about 200
requests per sec. This seems a little slow, and I would like to know what
would be best for this size of network?
