Are you sure you want this? May cause exessive bandwidth waste.

Most people actually want to enable quick aborts. I usually use

  quick_abort_min 0 KB
  quick_abort_max 0 KB

Setting it to -1 actually works for disabling quick aborts. To get rid
of the complain add some unit after the -1 like "-1 KB" or "-1 bytes".
