The script shouldn't be calling RunCache but instead calling Squid
directly. RunCache is a script for starting Squid--so is the initscript
you've sent. Doesn't make sense to call a startup script with a startup
script.

I use the script that Red Hat includes in their Squid RPMs, with a few
minor modifications. It works very well. So why fix it if it aint broke?
