If you look at the "related software" page on the squid site you'll find the
viralator add-in. It wasn't really up to the job for my purposes though.

I went with putting Trend Viruswall "in front" of my squid. This works well,
but is a commercial solution.

Trend has Viruswall versions for Linux, Solaris, HPUX, and NT. I use the
Linux version runnig on FreeBSD.
