[squid-users] problems with the NCSA_AUTH

I just put on the proxy_auth
But when I try to run the squid it doesn't authenticate because of the
following:

helperOpenservers: Starting 1 'ncsa_auth' procces
WARNING: Cannot run '/usr/local/squid/bin/ncsa_auth' process.

What's the possible problem ???
