[squid-users] Limiting connections with no Access Denied

hi squidders,

I would like to limit the concurrent connections on a per-client basis.
I know about the acl maxconn, but I dislike getting an Access Denied if
the maximum number is reached.
Is there any way to let the new connections to _wait_ until they can be
processed?
