The accuracy is the number of false misses and false hits (the reverse
of that, to be precise). The number of false misses does not depend on
digest space utilization. The number of false hits decreases as digest
space utilization decreases. Thus, your current [underutilized]
digests are as "accurate" as you can get.

You need to investigate whether the number of false misses is large
and, if it is, try to figure out why more stuff is not being put into
the digests. I do not know if current Squids report the ratio of false
misses; perhaps somebody else on the list can help you to get that
information out of your Squid.
