And another crash on the same machine this afternoon. Evidently it's
not a one-off, but neither is it terribly frequent.

Can anyone suggest a way to try and track down the cause given these are
very busy production servers (this would seem to rule out debugging mode in
the hope of seeing a once-a-fortnight crash)? Alternatively I'd appreciate
any suggestions as to what _might_ be the cause.
